I asked for a payment by bank transfer, but I have not received the product yet. What can I do?
If you haven’t received the product, check if your bank transfer has gone through. If so, contact us with your order number, we will proceed to make the necessary checks.
In how many days will I receive the product?
Our winery ships daily throughout Italy. In order to reach all customers, we use different couriers according to the size of the order. We consider 5 days for delivery.
