The roses planted at the beginning of spring are starting to add color to the rows, while the vines grow day by day on the hills of the Asolo DOCG.
On the clearest days, the view stretches toward Montello and the Prealpi, while among the vines the work continues with the same care as always. This is the time of year when we closely follow the vine’s development, guiding it through its most intense phase of growth.
The harvest is still a long way off, but it is precisely in these months that the new vintage begins to take shape.
